Their name—National Motor Vehicle Title Information System—was a mouthful, hard to remember, and even harder to type into a browser. Their service? A fast, affordable way to check used car history. But no one knew it existed.

Solution: We rebranded them from the ground up—starting with a new, consumer-friendly name and identity. Then we built awareness through strategic partnerships with used car dealerships, launched bold out-of-home campaigns, and produced engaging online videos that drove traffic to their sleek new website. We even helped roll out their mobile app to meet users where they are.

Impact: Since launch, the brand has gained significant traction and is now widely recognized as a smart, low-cost first step before turning to CARFAX. What was once a hidden government resource is now a trusted consumer tool.
