Folds of Honor
This nonprofit dedicated to providing scholarships for children of fallen soldiers approached us with a powerful mission—but limited visibility. I led the strategy and design efforts to craft a compelling customer journey that turned relevant donor spaces, like golf courses, into brand awareness hubs. Our goal: build an army of ambassadors through a CRM-driven program and equip them with tools to spread the message.
We launched mail kits, mobile apps, social media activations, and guerrilla tactics to drive engagement. Beyond revitalizing the brand, we secured high-profile sponsorships with NASCAR and Budweiser, and guided a bold logo transformation to the iconic folded flag—an enduring symbol of sacrifice. That redesign earned us a Dallas Addy Award and helped turn a quiet cause into a national movement.
